Terms of Use

1) Who we are
EMCS.store (“EMCS”, “we”, “our”) provides software tools and educational materials for chart-based research (e.g., Pine Script indicators/strategies for TradingView). We sell subscriptions via trusted processors.

2) No financial advice
EMCS does not provide personalized financial, investment, or trading advice, signals, brokerage, or custody services. All content and tools are for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

3) Accounts & access
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or policy breaches.

4) Subscriptions, trials, billing, cancellations, refunds

Plans may include a [7-day] free trial. After the trial, your card is charged (plus applicable taxes) on the same calendar day each cycle.
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time from My Account → Subscriptions
Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period.
No refunds for partial months after the free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

5) Acceptable use
Don’t use EMCS to break laws, share or sell unauthorized copies of our software, misrepresent results, bypass security, or provide financial advice to others using our materials.

6) Intellectual property
All site content, code, and materials are owned by EMCS or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tools for your personal or business research. No resale or redistribution without written permission.

7) Results & warranties
Backtests, examples, and performance figures are hypothetical and have limitations. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMCS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses; any direct liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

8) Third-party platforms
We may link to or interoperate with third parties (e.g., TradingView, Stripe, PayPal). They have their own terms and privacy policies; we’re not responsible for them.

9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new date above; continued use means you accept the changes.

10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.
