EMCS.store Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

All physical products sold on EMCS.store are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.

Returns & Replacements (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Misprinted

• Incorrect (wrong item received)

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue. Approved claims may result in a replacement being sent at no cost to you or a refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size, color, or style selection

• Items ordered in error

• Normal wear and tear

• Minor variations in color or placement inherent to print-on-demand production

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking information shows that an order was successfully delivered, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for packages lost after delivery.

If an order appears lost in transit or undelivered, please contact us so we can review the case.

Refunds

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly with any issues before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized or unwarranted chargebacks may be disputed using order confirmation, tracking information, and this published policy.

Shipping Policy

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist.

Terms of Service

By purchasing from EMCS.store, you agree that all products are provided on an “as is” basis. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly due to the nature of print-on-demand production.

EMCS.store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information necessary to process orders, including name, address, email, and payment details. Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment processors and is not stored by EMCS.store.

Customer information is shared only with service providers necessary to fulfill orders and operate the website. We do not sell or rent personal data.
